Are these products made to order?

Yes. Each order starts production after purchase. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked.

How long until it ships?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Carrier transit adds 3 to 7 business days for US orders depending on destination.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items at no cost. See Returns & Replacements for the specifics.

Why is the catalog organized by breed?

We launch one breed lane at a time, with original BondedByPaw artwork for that breed. A focused catalog of products we can stand behind beats a giant catalog of paw-print filler that fits no dog in particular.

Will you make products for my breed?

Probably. New breed lanes ship when we have artwork and copy worth your money. Email us with a breed request and we will tell you where it sits in the queue.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. The current store ships to US addresses while we get the production flow right.
