These terms ("Terms") govern your use of bondedbypaw.com and any orders you place with BondedByPaw ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
About us
BondedByPaw sells breed-specific dog-lover gifts. Orders are produced on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners (Printify and its production network) and shipped to you.
Ordering
- All prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude any applicable tax or shipping unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged.
- Once production starts (typically within 24 hours of order placement) we cannot change the item, size, color, or shipping address. Contact support@bondedbypaw.com within 1 hour of placing the order if you spot a mistake.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 business days for US carrier transit. International transit is longer. You'll get a tracking number by email when the carrier picks up your package.
Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
Shipping and risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package from our fulfillment partner. Lost or damaged-in-transit packages are covered by our replacement guarantee below.
Returns and replacements
See Refund & Replacement Policy for the full terms. In short: because every item is made for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, but we replace damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items at no cost when reported within 14 days of delivery (photo required).
Pricing and payment
Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and may be routed through Stripe or other Shopify-supported processors. You authorize the charge when you submit your order.
Promotions and discount codes
One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be applied retroactively, are not redeemable for cash, and may be revoked if used in bad faith.
Intellectual property
All artwork, copy, photography, and design on bondedbypaw.com is original to BondedByPaw or licensed by us, and is protected by US and international copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our artwork or copy without written permission. You may share product photos on social media with credit to BondedByPaw.
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice with the information required by the US DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512(c)) to support@bondedbypaw.com.
User content
For personalized products that allow you to submit a dog name, photo, or other content: you confirm you have all rights to that content, you grant us a license to use it solely to produce your order, and you agree it does not violate anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material. We can refuse to print content that violates this.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the site. Do not submit false information at checkout or use payment instruments you are not authorized to use.
Disclaimer
The site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." Beyond the replacement guarantee and any rights you have under consumer-protection law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or to the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BondedByPaw for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from user content you submit (such as a personalization upload).
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We'll always try to resolve disputes informally first — email support@bondedbypaw.com. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, it will be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at /pages/terms-of-service. Material changes will be flagged at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
