What we replace

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we replace it at no cost to you. Email support@bondedbypaw.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we handle it from there.

What we don't accept

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for size, color, or preference changes after production begins. Read the size chart before checkout, and reach out before you order if you are unsure.

Personalized orders

When the custom lane opens, the customer-provided spelling and uploaded photo quality are the customer's responsibility unless the production file is visibly wrong on our side. We will show you a proof for portrait products before production starts.

How to start a claim

The fastest path is the form below — order number plus a photo gets us what we need on first contact. Or email support@bondedbypaw.com. Most claims are resolved within 2 business days.

Report a problem

Anything wrong with your order, we replace it within 14 days. Send a photo and we'll get a fix on the way.

After submitting we'll email back asking for a photo. Replying to that email with the photo attached is the fastest path.
