Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping opens once we've smoothed out the US flow — drop your email on the homepage and we'll tell you when.
How long it takes
- Production: 2–5 business days. Every order is printed after you place it.
- Carrier transit: 3–7 business days for standard US shipping. Carriers used depend on the product (USPS for most apparel, UPS or FedEx for larger home goods).
- Total door-to-door: typically 5–12 business days from order to arrival. Holiday seasons add a day or two.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the carrier picks up your package. Track it directly with the carrier — we get the same information you do.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Founding members (first 500 customers) get free US shipping with the launch promo code.
Address changes
Email support@bondedbypaw.com within 1 hour of placing the order if you need to update the shipping address. After production starts we can't change the address — see the refund policy for lost-package handling.
Packaging
Apparel ships in poly mailers; home goods and prints ship in tubes or rigid boxes appropriate for the item. We use our fulfillment partners' standard packaging and don't currently offer custom gift wrap.
